Keypad will beep one time to confirm change. Any pause of more than 1 second between key strokes will cause a time out and you must restart your entry. |

Maintenance agreements are available for all systems installed by AAA Systems. Our maintenance agreements can be designed to meet the needs of your location and budget. Maintenance can include part replacement, technician labor and travel. We can also include required fire alarm testing and state required inspections.
Looking for someone to maintain your fire alarm system? We have state fire alarm inspectors on staff that are Nicet certified to ensure your system will stay operational. AAA can service many manufactures' and will make sure the system is in accordance with NFPA standards. Additionally, AAA offers services such as cleaning fire alarm initiating devices or measuring the sensitivity of smoke detectors to ensure code compliance and to minimize false alarms.
Below you will find instructions on properly testing your system. We recommend you test your system weekly to ensure proper operation. A few minutes of your time on a weekly basis could be the difference in your time of need. - You will need your Passcode or Password before you begin.
- Call our central station and place your system on test at 1-855-557-0500.
- Tell them you would like to place your system on test for 1 hour.
- Once off of the phone, Arm your system like you would be leaving for the day.
- Wait 1 minute and then open each door in the house. Allow siren to sound for at least 45 seconds before turning off your system.
- Disarm your system. (If you disarm by entering your code and then pressing 1 for off, do this 2 times.)
- Call the central station back and confirm that they received alarm signals.
If the Central Station received alarm signals, your system is working properly. If they did not, please contact our Service Department for further assistance at 1-888-663-9276.
